2009 BMW M5 Sedan

2009 BMW M5 Sedan White on Tan Leather with 98K miles.  The 09-10 were the best years of the M5, and it took me years to find one in this rare color combination. The only reason I'm selling is I am moving and buying a house that doesn't have the room. This is one of the smoothest running E60's I've seen, and it's always been garage kept and rarely seen rain. Several people asked me if it was a new car. The interior is a beautiful blend of wood, cream, and suede that never gets boring to look at. The seats are supple and soft. The engine bay is extremely clean because it has been driven in southern California for the last 70k miles. It starts and runs every single time and has never had one mechanical issue or let me down ever. There is no Vanos noise and there are no engine faults. The engagements and shifts are very smooth with no shutter or slip. The brakes are smooth with no pulsating. The audio system is amazing. All work done was preventative maintenance. The rod bearings and bolts were changed a few thousand miles ago as preventative maintenance and I still have the original bearings which are in excellent condition and is proof of the strict warm up routine and oil change history this car has had. No tunes, no burnouts, and I've never launched the car once. I simply drove the car to work like a normal person would. The previous owner drove the car to work like a normal person and had a strict warm up routine - these cars love to be driven! I have a folder of the entire service history, receipts, and pictures. Open to ship at buyer's expense

Full disclosure:

This car has 98,500 miles and has normal wear and tear that one would expect such as rock chips, minor scuffs, and wear areas on the driver's seat and arm rests and plastic trim. The following small items should be known, but do not affect how the car drives in any way, and have been figured in to the price of the car. You're driving a 200 mph V10 - no one cares anyway!

-Carfax shows a minor rear end reported with the first owner. I myself was a little skeptical at what this meant before I saw the car, but when I saw it in person I was amazed at the condition. I've included a close up picture of some clear coat cracks on the bumper. I own other high end cars and this will not take away from the experience whatsoever, this car looks stunning.

-Drivers door soft close module needs replacement ($200). The door still works obviously.

-Drivers side mirror glass sometimes does not return to the stored memory position, never bothered me. Apparently BMW mirrors are finicky.

-Passenger thigh bolster needs a new worm gear , common issue which you can get on ebay ($20), the motor works fine, never bothered me.

-Because the car has non-EDC coilovers the EDC light comes on when you start the car. The light can be coded out in ISTA/P if desired. Never bothered me. The OEM EDC shocks are included with the sale and function perfectly

-The tires should be replaced in the next 5000 miles
